Carli met a friend from Camp Deer Run earlier this summer and decided she wanted to write her a letter. It was pretty fun to watch her work through what she wanted to write and address and stamp her envelope. She watched the mailbox for a week and had about given up...try explaining snail mail to a 7 year old...when she got a return letter in the mail! She was so excited! It took her a couple of days but she wrote a reply and it has been sent on its way back to her friend Lexi! :) It's the simple things in life that bring us joy.
