Date with Sassy

It had been almost a year since we were able to make connections with Sassy but when the opportunity presents itself, you better believe we all jump on it!  Sassy messaged that she had an evening off from work and it worked out with our schedule and so we set up a date with Sassy.  Sassy wanted to take the girls to dinner and then shopping.  Since shopping isn't something their mother enjoys to do, I figured maybe Sassy could give them a new experience!

Keith and I went out to dinner and left Sassy and the girls at the mall to shop til the dropped.

 

And wow, boy did they!  Sassy took them to Build-A-Bear and let them get Elsa bears, with backpacks, shoes, fancy clothes and skates!  The bear even sings!  She also turned them loose in Claire's!

 

Keith and I got done with dinner and kind of followed the girls around for 15 minutes and it was fun to see how much they were enjoying their time with Sassy.  They ended their date with a cookie from Great American Cookie.  I think it is safe to say they all had a great time!  Sassy will always hold a special place in our hearts!
