New Years Projects

God bless my in-laws!  They came and spent New Years with us and helped us accomplish some much wanted projects! 

First they took the cabinets in the laundry room and moved them to another wall.  They helped (along with my Dad) install an electrical outlet, paint and put in a pegboard too!  Eventually Keith will build lockers for the kids where the cabinets use to be.

We took Dionna the crib and changing table a month ago and Drew has done wonderfully on his new bed but we had lost some storage.  I noticed this bookshelf toy chest  at my parents house that my Uncle Cloyce had made Anthony when he was 6 or 7.  With Anthony's permission, I brought it home and spruced it up a bit.  It turned out GREAT and we love it!

We've had a couple holes in our bathroom wall from when our shower leaked early last summer.  So Terry and Tessie helped patch it and painted my bathroom too!

And as if that wasn't enough, they kept going and installed some shiplap over the fireplace.  :)

It was a crazy busy few days but we are so, so thankful for the help of Terry and Tessie to get some much wanted things done around our house!
