Only my child refuses to pull her tooth until it literally falls out of
her mouth as she's walking through the house. She's most excited about
being a snaggle tooth for picture day on Wednesday and apparently she
thinks Mrs. Ivy will be giving her money tomorrow, which would be a good thing considering the past history of our forgetful tooth fairy! 
But seriously...if Mrs Ivy bails us out...we'll pay you back with interest.
