Carli's End of Year Gymnastics Show

Carli watched Ava's end of year program and was very excited to start her program!  :)  She was pretty pumped.  Carli's first full year of gymnastics was a lot of fun.  She had her moments of not wanting to go, mostly after we signed her up for a performance and she got scared.  When she finally realized that class was about learning and fun and not performing she was all in again.

Carli's program was very similar to Ava's.  First they did a little obstacle coarse...

Carli's favorite part of gymnastics is the bars.  She is pretty good at them!

Carli was doing pretty good until she got to the beam.  The parents were being very supportive of all the girls and clapping and cheering.  Carli did not like that.  She did not want to perform for anyone, she just wanted to do gymnastics.  So after an emergency "potty break" and a little pep talk, she agreed she could finish.  Here she is being introduced.  She is suppose to raise her arms and smile...this is as far as she got on that part!

Once she was on the beam she did great!

I really didn't expect her to go up and get her medal - she surprised me by going up and even giving everyone a half smile!
