Carli & Ava Sing

Uncle Doyle has sung to the girls the last few times we have gotten to see him.  And while they act shy when he is talking and singing, they are very observant.  It never fails that we will get in the car that the girls will ask me to sing the songs that Uncle Doyle just sang to them...and well, I don't know them!  :)

We actually sang the hippopotamus song at VBS and found the words online with the help of google.  But at our family reunion last weekend Uncle Doyle sang a butterfly song that I had absolutely no luck in finding online.  So, when all else fails, we ask the source.  I sent Aunt Sarah an email with the hope of getting the words to the song.  Uncle Doyle did more than that!  He sent the girls a video message of him singing the song.  They were so excited!  They have watched the video 100 times at least...and their favorite part is at the end of the video when he says:  "Hi Carli & Ava, have fun!"  Makes them smile and giggle every time!

So, since we have watched the video so much...we have learned the butterfly song and we thought it was only fair to show Uncle Doyle what we have learned.  They are a little camera shy, and they sing it a lot better when no one is watching.  The video starts with the girls watching the end of the video from Uncle Doyle.  We wanted him to see how happy they were at the end!

So, here is their singing debut, it's not very loud, so turn your speakers up...

Thanks Uncle Doyle for taking time to teach my girls (and myself) some fun songs and make some special memories!
