Turns out, he's not so much a fan...but he does a lot better with pears. I've also ordered him a cup so we can teach him to drink from a straw like we did Ava at 4 mths. He's still learning to open his mouth wide to take a bite - we may only get in 4 or so decent bites, but I figure this is just a process for him to learn to eat more so than doing it for any nutritional benefit. I will say, either it is our change in diet while doing Whole30, or maybe the introduction of pears, or maybe the combo but his BMs have gone from one every 5-7 days to once every 2-3 days. :)

First Cereal
At Drew's 4 mth appointment the doctor told us we could start introducing cereal if we wanted to. At first I balked b/c obviously Drew was growing quite well without anything besides milk, but he was 4 mths old and still nursing every 2 hrs during the day. We decided that maybe we should at least introduce and see how he likes it...
