Valentine's Day Cards

We try to make Valentine's Day cards every year for our family at least.  While both girls were at Oak Tree we managed to make homemade Valentine's for their class too - but with 20 kids in Carli's class this year...not so much!

Carli and Ava were so excited to get Valentine's in the mail from their cousin Weston!  They insisted on taking  a picture with his card and signing I love you then I was told to text message him!  :)

Carli wasn't feeling that great a couple of weekends ago - strep same as before, just a different kid.  Since she and I were home while everyone else went to church we started working on our Valentines.  She was a HUGE help.  :)

She actually was a big help and worked hard on all her Valentines.

Ava was tolerant of Carli and my creativity as always.  It took a lot more encouraging to get her to write on her cards, but she did and they picked out the color of hearts, hands and paper to use on each card.

I thought the end result was pretty cute.  They each made an equal number of "I Love You" and "Me Too" cards and we mixed them up to the family we mailed them off too.
