Laundry Detergent

1 Cup Borax

1 Cup Washing Soda

1/4 Baking Soda

1 Bar Fels Naptha

 

Microwave the bar of Fels Naptha for 10-15 seconds.  I then cut it up and put it in the blender with the baking soda.  Pulse until it is ground together.

 

Add ground soap and baking soda to a gallon bag with remaining ingredients and mix together. 

 

Use 2 TBSP per load for an HE washer and 1/4 cup for a regular washer.

We made six batches to fill up our container for Kayla.  The instructions say not to try to multiply the recipe to save time b/c with the bar of soap, you might burn up your blender motor!
