Carli and Ava have been learning about working toward goals. They think they have a sticker chart to work toward a reward, in reality they are practicing ball and getting better and at the end of the season their practice will have paid off in a way they cannot see yet. But in order to help them understand working toward goals and the rewards you reap from hard work, they have a sticker chart with physical rewards.
The girls came up with their rewards (within reason) and we added positive quotes in order to remind them that sometimes even if things are hard, we can do our best.
