This year for Christmas with my immediate family we went down to New Braunfels. It was kind of random, but worked out really well because Anthony just finished his first semester in Law School that Friday and driving 6 hrs home would have been pretty tough AND by having it somewhere besides Mom's we took some of the pressure off of her to get the house decorated and all in the middle of her crazy end of the semester schedule with school!
We all had a lot of fun, and the condo was pretty nice too b/c we all had our own room and own bathroom. It literally is down the street from Schlitterbahn, and a golf coarse and all sorts of things. It is right off the river too! http://guadaluperivercondos.com/3br/
The guys went golfing, the gals just crashed - and the food we all cooked was awesome! We just got to spend time with each other and thoroughly enjoyed the company. Carli and Logan warmed up to each other and played really well together too.
One of our goals is to get a Christmas photo with the kiddos together every year. This year we got them matching PJ's and took them up to Wal-mart to get pics taken. Props to the photographer who was so extremely patient and got some really get pictures for us - check them out!
