Carli has a history of not taking Santa pictures. This year though she has a baby brother and sometimes you do things for those you love even if you really don't want too! We went to a trades day in Jacksonville last weekend and one of the stores was offering free Santa pictures. This worked out because I had given up on paying for pictures just to have to fight to get the girls to go take them. Ava and Drew were all for it...you can tell by Carli's body language she was there and that was enough! Ha!
For my birthday we went to Athens to the Land of Lights. They had a Santa there and Ava really wanted to go see him. Carli no so much. So Grammy and Pa kept Carli occupied so she would not taint Ava and Keith and I took Ava and Drew into see Santa. Ava talked his ear off, told him she wanted crutches and a kitten for Christmas and Drew was basically fascinated with his beard. :)
All in all, I call it a good Santa picture taking year! :)
