It Was A Bouncing Good Time!

We celebrated Carli's 2nd birthday with a bounce house party on Sunday. Our original plan had been to have it for Saturday, but circumstances changed that. We were sad that some of our friends and family couldn't be there, but were thankful for the ones that could.

I'm not a big social person, and planning parties stresses me out! So I was determined to have Carli's party last wkd and we would have a good attitude about it! :)

We were blessed to have some people at church who own a bounce house and the let us use it for her party.

It took some convincing to get Carli in the bounce house, but once she got in it was even harder to get her out!

Her good buddy, Allie made the party too! Allie is exactly three weeks younger than Carli.

Ava, always one for a good time, found a comfy shoulder on Tori and promptly went to sleep! Tori didn't mind getting in her baby fix, she is expecting her first in April!

Carli stole Daddy's hat for awhile - WooHoo Rangers!!

Mr. Riley thought the ball in the bounce house was lots of fun.

Cake time! Carli ate all the icing off her cupcake, and came back later to take a bite or two of the actual cupcake. She got embarrassed when everyone sang to her.

Kenzie wasn't messing around on the cake...if only Carli would eat half what Kenzie does!

The big reveal: Her new kitchen!!

She LOVES IT! :) I was so pleased to have found such a good deal on Craigslist, and then Naggy, Pappy and Uncle Kevin bought her the matching sink. Grammy and Pa hooked her up with some cooking essentials and the girl is ready to go!

Many, many thanks to everyone who was able to come on such short notice. We missed everyone who couldn't make it but we understand. Carli had an awesome birthday!!
