Shauntea fixed her annual breakfast for the girls on Sunday morning...snowmen donuts and chocolate milk. Ava actually does not like either. She wanted to know why Shauntea keeps getting milk from brown cows instead getting good milk from the white cows. I told her to ask Santa. :)
Keith and the girls were inspired by Shauntea's Christmas spirit and insisted on getting out the Christmas tree Sunday afternoon. We did not come close to finishing decorating it but the girls were pleased to have the tree up.
We even found their ornaments that they insisted went on their pink tree. I think they stole a few off the big tree, and their tree looks very festive!
We made this felt tree maybe three years ago. I wasn't going to put it up this year as I thought the girls had outgrown it but Carli was so excited to decorate it herself I could not turn her down!
We went to bed Sunday night without having unpacked one bag from our week long trip and Christmas chaos everywhere but our girls were happy and thus it was a very productive day.
