Carli was sick again... and after we survived a strep test at the doctor, she declared it was Taco Bueno lunch date with just her and I which is a rare occurrence. Because Taco Bueno is my favorite. Ha! But we had a wonderful lunch date, and even brought Grammy some lunch since she had come to stay with Drew while we were out at the doctor and lunch.
Turns out when you are told you have strep, but the test is negative it leaves lots of time to plan lunch dates and birthday parties! Carli's tests were negative but she responded immediately to being on an antibiotic so we just assumed they got a bad swab and would be finishing out the meds. Carli put together a birthday party for Rebecca in the meantime and convinced us to have a party at the lake. Grammy, Pa, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Johnny joined us. We had burgers and a birthday cake. There were even presents!
We had a great time celebrating Rebecca's birthday and Carli did a great job planning from presents to cake to invites to decorations!
