Ava had an awesome party and she got some amazing gifts. The girls were so excited to get to see Logan at the party and were even more excited to learn that he got to come spend the afternoon with us. After a family lunch, we all headed back to the house for the menfolk to start work on the cabinets and for everyone else to babysit or play! Naggy, Pappy, Uncle Kevin and Aunt Megan gave Ava a water slide - so it was one of the first presents out and set up. It was amazing! I am not sure how after an hour at the bounce place the kids had enough energy to play for over two hours on this slide. But they did and would have played longer had we let them!
Note - Carli is in time out for pushing folks down the slide - she wasn't happy about it. :)
The girls like to jump and slide - after I captured a good picture of them jumping, I was mean and made them stop.
This cute little man spent all wkd at our house since his Momma and Daddy were helping in the kitchen, he played outside with the big kids most of the time.
You can tell in the next pictures how worn out Ava was but she found enough energy to use all her Princess bubbles. She does love her bubbles! And Logan loved chasing and popping them!
I let the girls keep the slide out for a few days and then we put it up until the middle of June. Got to keep it special. :) Ava got lots of other good presents including some princess dress up things, coloring books, dolls, clothes, puzzles and even a princess umbrella. It is pretty evident that she is blessed.
