Today is my beautiful Grandma's 86th birthday. We didn't make her a card or a video this year. But we have talked a lot about what a special birthday this is. It is Grandma's first birthday in heaven. Grandma is constantly on our minds. Grandma was such an important integral part of our lives. Today we celebrate having her for so many years. We celebrate the example she left us with and the wonderful Godly woman that she was. We celebrate our Grandma and thank God for the blessing that she continues to be for our family. We celebrate the memories we treasure and the tears that still so freely spring up when fond memories surface. We still miss her - I don't think we will ever stop.
