When you are in labor for 10 hrs but you have an epidural you tend to have time to think and remember things. It dawned on us that both of the nurses who had helped deliver the girls were working that day! How cool is that? I had hoped to get a group picture but its hard to direct from the comfort of a hospital bed after having just given birth so we went with plan B and got the girls with each of their nurses and then later Drew with his nurse.

And Mr. Drew with his nurse Sharon.
We actually had several nurses during our stay but Sharon was the one who was with us all day Wednesday and helped deliver Drew. All the nurses at ETMC were great. Since we stayed that extra night, and Drew refused to sleep the nurse did not hesitate to come get him and bring him back to nurse so we could grab a few hours. These ladies obviously love their job and they sure make the whole birthing experience a little more bearable. :)
