Last weekend Pa used his birthday gift we had all given him and took Grammy to the Astros/Ranger game. Carli wanted to know why she wasn't getting to go and at some point in the conversation with Pa he told her that they would be sitting on the Astros side. Carli and Keith are "Ranger" buddies so Carli declared she could not go with Pa b/c he would be sitting on the wrong side. But then Ava declared she should go b/c after all she and Pa were Astros buddies! We promised Pa would take Ava next time, that I needed Ava's help with Drew...crisis avoided!
When Pa and Grammy got to the game, they posted this picture with a note that told Carli they were in fact sitting on the Astros side!
I showed Carli the picture and read her the note and she demanded I send them back this picture...
Ah, I just love their playful competitive spirit!
